The EHS platform uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, and session management. These do not store sentiment scores, free-text responses, or any employee feedback content. Where anonymity is enabled, cookies are not used to identify individual respondents.

The main providers are Cloudflare (security), Google (analytics and advertising), HubSpot (CRM, analytics, and marketing), and LinkedIn (advertising). Google, HubSpot, and LinkedIn are US-based. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent mechanisms approved by the ICO.
