What are the Employee Happiness Score Awards®?
The EHS® Awards recognise organisations that score highest for how people feel about working there. How do I qualify?
There's no separate application. Every organisation running an EHS® cycle is automatically considered for their sector award. Your score and participation level determine whether you qualify, the platform handles the rest

Will my score or ranking be made public?
No. Your EHS® score and your position within your sector benchmark are private to your organisation. Only top award winners are celebrated publicly and only with their consent. There is no public league table.

What are the two awards?
The EHS® Award (Recognised) is awarded to organisations scoring above the sector threshold across a complete calendar month of check-ins. The EHS® Gold Award (Leading) is awarded to organisations scoring in the upper range of their sector benchmark.

Is there a cost to enter?
No. Every organisation that runs an EHS® cycle is automatically entered. Your first calendar month is free - no card required, no commitment. If you are already running cycles, you are already entered.

Can I use my award badge on my website and in job adverts?
Yes. Your awards pack includes a digital badge sized for email signatures, websites, social media and recruitment materials. The certificate is also available as a downloadable asset.

Can we withdraw from the awards after entering?
Yes. Before any results are published, every qualifying organisation is contacted and given the opportunity to opt out of public recognition. Nothing is published without your confirmation. If you'd prefer your award to remain internal, that is entirely your choice.

How long is the free entry period?
Your free entry period is one calendar month from the date you register. That month is your entry cycle for the awards - your EHS® score builds throughout it and is benchmarked against organisations in your sector at the end. No card is required and there is no commitment beyond the month.
